RULES

STANDARD CONTEST RULES FOR LM COMMUNICATIONS, INC. THE FOLLOWING ARE RULES IN EFFECT FOR ALL CONTESTS RUN ON WKLC-FM 105.1/ROCK 105 .. WJYP-AM 1300 .. WSCW-AM 1410 .. WMON-AM 1340 .. AND WMXE-FM 100.9 RADIO (rev. 02/21/06)

1) Only once in a 30 day period are you eligible to win in any contest.

2) Only ONE member of a household is eligible to qualify in each contest.

3) You must pick up your prize at the studios during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

4) Unless otherwise specified, prizes must be claimed within a two week period, after that time unclaimed prizes become the property of L. M. Communications, Inc.

5) Identification of the winner must be supplied when claiming prizes. Unless specified otherwise, you MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO WIN.

6) All prizes must be accepted "as is" and cannot be redeemed for cash value. If a WINNER does not, or cannot, accept any conditions or restrictions of a prize, an alternate winner will be drawn. The original winner forfeits the prize and has no further claim on L. M. Communications, Inc. L. M. Communications, Inc. is under no obligation to offer an alternative prize or cash equivalent to the original winner.

7) Winners are responsible for all fees, licenses and taxes if applicable.

8) L. M. Communications, Inc. does not assume responsibility for damaged or otherwise unusable prizes or merchandise, and does not warrant any fitness of merchantability.

9) L. M. Communications, Inc. does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury, resulting from use of prizes, or participating in station events or activities. Winners must agree to sign any and all release forms as a condition of acceptance of a prize.

10) No employee or relatives of L. M. Communications, Inc., participating sponsors or any other radio, television or cable TV company operating within a 100 mile radius of the specified radio station tower is eligible to win. 11) ONLY ONE ENTRY PER CONTEST, duplicate entries will be eliminated before any drawing takes place. Contest involving multiple entrants will have a winner picked by the use of random drawing.
