THE FOLLOWING ARE RULES IN EFFECT FOR BIKE NIGHT 2013 FROM WKLC-FM 105.1/ROCK 105.
CONTEST RULES FOR WKLC, INC., QUAKER STEAK AND LUBE, BLIZZARDS CUSTOM CYCLE, TROY LAW FIRM AND/OR ANY OTHER BIKE SPONSOR PARTICIPANT(S).

Only ONCE in a 30-day period are you eligible to win in any contest from WKLC, Inc., and only ONE member of a household is eligible to qualify in each contest.

You must pick up your prize at the studios during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm., UNLESS other arrangements are required at the discretion of WKLC, Inc.

Unless otherwise specified, ANY prize won (must be claimed within a two-week period of winning, after that time, the unclaimed prize become the property of WKLC, Inc., Quaker Steak and Lube and/or bike sponsor participant.)

Identification of the winner must be supplied when claiming prize. I.D. is defined as follows: Unless specified otherwise, you MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE and BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO WIN.

ANY prize must be accepted "as is," and CANNOT be redeemed for cash value. If a WINNER does not, or cannot, accept any conditions or restrictions of a prize, as outlined and defined by WKLC, Inc., an alternate winner may be drawn. The original winner forfeits the prize and has no further claim on WKLC, Inc., Quaker Steak and Lube, Blizzard Custom Cycle, Troy Law Firm and or any other bike sponsor participant(s). WKLC, Inc., Quaker Steak and Lube, and/or any other bike sponsor participant(s) are under no obligation to offer an alternative prize or cash equivalent to the original winner.

All Contests are open to the public to win. All winners allow WKLC, Inc., the use of their name(s), photographs, likeness, and or audio or video for all station promotions purposes.

ALL prize winners are responsible for all fees, including licenses and taxes, if applicable.

WKLC, Inc., Quaker Steak and Lube, and/or bike sponsor participant(s), do not assume responsibility for damaged or otherwise unusable prize or merchandise, and does not warrant any fitness of merchantability.

WKLC, Inc., Quaker Steak and Lube, and/or any other bike sponsor participant do not assume any liability for loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from use of prize, or participating in station events or activities. All winners agree to sign any and all release forms as a condition of acceptance of a prize upon winning.

No employee or relatives of WKLC, Inc., Quaker Steak and Lube, Blizzards Custom Cycle, Troy Law Firm, other bike sponsor participant(s), and or any other radio, television or cable TV company operating within a 100-mile radius of the WKLC-FM radio station tower is eligible to win.

Grand prize winners from Bike Night 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011, 2012 are NOT eligible to win the 2013 Grand Prize. Grand Prize is (one) 2013 Victory Judge supplied from Blizzard Custom Cycle through Troy Law Firm and Quaker Steak and Lube.

Arrive early for the Grand Prize drawing. ALL QUALIFIERS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. Grand Prize will be drawn for on Thursday, September 26, 2013. 30 (Thirty) SEMI-FINALIST will be chosen from all WEEKLY QUALIFIERS. You May Not Have More Than One Entry as Part of the 30 (Thirty) Semi-Finalist. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. A Reverse Raffle will be held with the 30 (Thirty) Semi-Finalist to determine the Grand Prize Winner. ALL QUALIFIERS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN BETWEEN 6:00pm and 8:00pm on Thursday, September 26, 2015. If QUALIFIER IS NOT PRESENT WHEN NAME IS CALLED, That Qualifier’s name will be removed from the drawing. THERE WILL BE NO SUBSTITUTIONS OF QUALIFIERS.

30 (Thirty) prizes including the Grand Prize of the 2013 Victory Judge from Blizzards Custom Cycles will be given away via drawing of those registered Qualifiers on site Sept. 26^th by 8pm at Quaker Steak and Lube. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

In the event the contest cannot be executed in prescribed manor set forth due to natural disaster, equipment failure or act of God, WKLC, Inc. reserves the right to determine a winner through an alternative random drawing.

Person can qualify multiple times, but ONLY ONCE per week. And can only obtain one spot as part of the 30(Thirty) Semi-Finalist. WKLC, Inc., reserves the right to cancel any entry. All decisions made by WKLC, Inc. and judges are final. WKLC, Inc. reserves the right to change contest rules without notice.
